SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship using USPS.
We usually ship ornaments in a small flat rate box, and/or a medium flat rate box.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final but we can gladly exchange your item for equal value.
Here at Koinva's Hopi Ornaments, we never sell, display or send out items if they are: incomplete, nicked, dented, scratched, damaged, ect. If you are trying to exchange an item, and it appears to us that the item(s) have been tampered with and/or damaged, we will not continue with the exchange.
If we except the exchange, just pay for the shipping to have your exchanged items shipped back to you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once when we receive full payment, your items will be packaged securely and shipped within 3-5 business days. We'll send you an email stating your order(s) has been fulfilled along with your tracking number.
PAY WITH A CHECK
You can certainly purchase an item online with a check. All you have to do is email or call with the item number (if available) and we will hold your item(s) until we receive payment in the mail. We can only hold the item(s) for 7 days. If we do not receive payment, we will contact you via email.
If you decide you do not wish to continue with your purchase by check, please be thoughtful and give us a call to cancel your order.
You too can make half the purchase with a credit card over the phone or email.
